We are unable to take "reservations" for accommodations due to the nature of our guests’ medical conditions and the need for flexible check out dates. Consequently, we cannot guarantee a room days in advance to a new guest.
If there is not a room available at the Village, we can assist in helping you find hotels in the area.
To gain admission into Arizona Transplant House, prospective guests (patients and/or caregivers---preferably both) are encouraged to take a tour of the Village. Tours are offered Monday-Sunday during our office hours. M-SAT 8AM-8PM & SUN Noon to 8PM.
Patients should work through their Mayo Social Worker or Case Manager to complete a "Requested Accommodations" form. Include specific dates needed for lodging and fax this form to the Village at Mayo Clinic.
During the tour Village policies are explained. If these policies are agreeable to the prospective guests, we will document the desired lodging dates. Prospective guests will be placed on a reservation list and contacted to confirm the reservation a few days before their expected arrival. If there is no space available, staff will assist with alternative accommodations.
The Arizona Transplant House requests a fee of $35 per night for lodging and a $35 one time fee for room cleaning to help maintain a healthy environment for our immune-suppressed guests. Payments can be made by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa.
