The Arizona Transplant House is located at The Village at Mayo Clinic, 5811 E. Mayo Blvd, Phoenix, Arizona 85054. We can be found entering the campus off of 56th Street (entry across from American Express Employee Entrance) and following the signage - "The Village at Mayo Clinic" to the far South East corner of the Mayo Clinic Hospital campus and following. There is plenty of parking spaces available on the Village grounds.
