~ Mayo Clinic Friends & Family Golf Tournament~ Saturday May 15th, 2010
The Legends Golf Course - Arrowhead Ranch was filled with good friends from Mayo Clinic. The Mayo Clinic Friends & Family Golf Tournament, led by Mayo Clinic employees Jeff Nachtweih and Jeff Sanders, was a huge success. During a sunny day of golf, lunch and raffle prizes, 144 players lent their support to the Arizona Transplant House while having a great outing. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated in the event which raised $1,430 for the Arizona Transplant House.

Mystery Dinner Fundraiser Huge Success! We would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all the people who came to the Mystery Dinner Dinner Fundraiser this past Saturday at the Village. It was a fun evening of live entertainment, wonderful food and many laughs. Special thanks to volunteer theater director - Alan Dettmering and the awesome volunteer acting cast comprised of John & Karen Nick, Lynn Boyer, Katherine Kough (Kit), Maggie Audley, Robert McGriff, Phillip Gwost. So many volunteers came together to make this event a success. Thanks to all of you!
~ The Village at Mayo Clinic Grand Opening Celebration (November 6th, 2009)
The Village had it's official grand opening and ribbon cutting on Friday, November 6, 2009. Over 300 attendees gathered under the tented canopy to enjoy an afternoon of speakers from Arizona Transplant House Foundation and American Cancer Society-Hope Lodge followed by a lunch. A very big note of thanks to Mayo Clinic Arizona for hosting this event and to special guests speakers, Jerry Colangelo, Rajesh Tahiliani, Alex Kula and Dan Rathbun.
~ Mayo Clinic Friends and Family Golf Tournament (May 23rd & August 22nd, 2009)
We thank the golfers who chipped and putted on behalf of our guests during the Mayo Clinic Friends and Family Golf tournaments held this summer; both benefitted Arizona Transplant House at the Village at Mayo Clinic and raised $2,430.
We would like to extend our thanks to the golfers who came out for the tournaments held on May 23 at ASU Karsten Golf Course and August 22 at Legacy Golf Resort. During the golf events, the participants enjoyed a beautiful day of golf, delicious food and a silent auction with proceeds benefiting Arizona Transplant House at The Village at Mayo Clinic. Special recognition and thanks to Jeff Nachtweih and Jeff Sanders, our friends and Mayo employees and their team of volunteers.
~ Farewell Fiesta Fundraiser at Brusally Ranch (July 17th, 2009) We would like to thank all the guests who joined us for the Farewell Fiesta Fundraiser at Brusally Ranch on Friday, July 17th. Sixty people visited Brusally Ranch one last time and enjoyed a wonderful mexican buffet, drinks & a silent auction. Special thanks goes to our good friends at CVS/Caremark for sponsoring the food for this event and Alliance Beverage Distributing Company of Arizona for providing the beverages. Mittelstaedt, Cooper & Associates also supported our event through a financial donation and attendance. We raised over $3,500 dollars due to everyones generosity. All proceeds will go directly towards ensuring The Arizona Transplant House continues to serve the many needs of our very special organ, bone marrow and cancer patients & family members.

~ Brusally Ranch Estate Sale (July 11th & 12th, 2009) A huge thank you to all of you that came out for the Brusally Ranch Estate Sale which was held on July 10th & 11th. It was a huge success and raised over $9,000. All money raised will be used to continue our mission of providing low cost housing and support to Mayo Clinic solid organ and bone marrow transplant patients.
On Saturday, November 15, 2008 at 6:00 pm the friends of The Arizona Transplant House donned their denim and gathered under the Arizona night sky for an evening of great fun, fabulous food and and silent & live auction. The event was hosted by Valley favorite radio personalities – KEZ 99.9’s Beth McDonald and Mama Jo McDonald. These two funny ladies brought an extra level of fun and excitement to the event and truly helped make this fundraiser a huge success raising over $52,000.
